I'd been curious about reflexology for years, and finally went for my first experience a month ago. It was wonderful! The space is very inviting and Lara was so great at informing me about the pressure points and how they relate to the organs in the body. It was incredibly relaxing and I felt so rested that night and the next day. I've already booked my next appointment(s). Highly recommend.

I find it can be so difficult to find the right reflexology spot in YYC to meet my needs on a physical, spiritual and emotional front. However, Reflexology Experience does it all right! Zoe who I saw for a reflexology treatment before the holidays completely took away an ongoing pain I had that was connected to my lungs by tendering to an area in my feet that had been painful and ongoing for me for a while. Her skill was a perfect balance between gentle and deeper pressure where needed, I endured an equally therapeutic and relieving treatment with her and cannot wait to go back.

My favourite treatments are the Grounded Sole and Roots & Above however I had a relaxation facial yesterday which was sublime. Check it out, you will not regret it!
